 We prioritize your satisfaction and stand by the quality and performance for our digital fast chargers. Hence, we have a fair and comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction when you purchase chargers from us. Our return policy as following.

Product Purchase and Return 

Customers can apply for a return within 7 days of purchase if they are not completely satisfied with the digital battery chargers. But the products must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please retain your purchase receipt as it is crucial for return processing. If your charger is customized your logo,  the returns can’t be supported.

Return Process

For initiating a return, customers need to contact our customer service department via email, whatsapp or phone, providing details about the problem, purchase date, and order number. The instructions will be sent to proceed with the return process to you. Customer should pack the product safely, preferably in the original box, while including all accessories and paperwork that accompanied the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service for returning the products. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error caused.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once the chargers are received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, a refund will be processed and the fund will be paid via your original account within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges and Repairs

In case of defective or damaged chargers, we offer free exchanges within 7 business days. If the chargers under warranty, we will repair or replace it based on our warranty terms and conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a return. Also, clearance or sale items are excluded from the return policy, these purchases are final.
